Causing death by driving without due care and attention ... Is that even an official charge ? I thought it was causing death by dangerous driving.

Anybody can have a moments lapse and cause an accident it does not mean they set out to drive carelessly. Anyone can have a moment where due care is not applied it does not mean they are bad drivers, accidents do happen.

Perhaps the law has changed either way I think I'll have to stop putting my make up on when I'm joining a Motorway...!!!!
