When Pete went back into the house from the prison he said it was because he didnt like material things and felt sorry for the others i found that a bit "holier than thou". Pete is playing the game! Just waiting to see if Imogen and Susie are next on his relationships with women in the house. First Lisa, then Lea, then Nikki, then Aisleyne now Jenny. He is a nice guy but i dont think he should win.

I like him. But I think the country almost treats him like a God. His faults are comlpletely ignored and he was bound to win from the start. No-one says a bad word about him. My annoyance is not due to him as a person, but the irrational worship he has received from the public, which is largely unwarranted.

At this stage, unless he ups his game, or rapidly transforms to the Pete we all saw at the beginning..then I don't particularly want him to win either.

His plea to become a prison officer in the DR was IMO considerably insulting and derogitory to the other housemates...just little statements he's making now, lead me to believe his real personality is showing itself, like in the garden he was commenting on Spiral and Micheal, and how its peaceful now they've gone as they made lots of noise...whereas Pete makes a racket with his spoons, saucepans and ashtrays?!

His mourning over the letters he didn't recieve was out of order to an extent and inconsiderate. Also I've noticed when other people, namely Glyn, makes jokes or is the centre of attention, Pete obviously doesn't like it from his facial expression.

Hey Timelord , this is a forum.EXACTLY thr place to air your views good or bad.As fo Pete , I can see why people dislike him ,he is definatley playing mr nice guy a bit too much and the show edits him to the hilt.

The prison letter highlights were sickning,He might have known he woul'nt get a letter and the edit made far too much of this.

Agree completely. I thought I was the only one who thought that. He's a player. Then pretending to be shy and innocent. Have you noticed since Ash has cooled off, he doesn't want to be near her anymore? (I swear he will nominate her this week) He's gone on to the next woman. Jennie. He just loves the women, and the attention. And he's selfish. Crying over not getting his letter the other day.

Don't get me wrong. I liked Pete in the beginning, but has anyone else noticed that he pulls his faces and says 'Easyman' only when he know's the camera's are on him? The faces and noises get on your nerves after a while.

Be honest people. If Pete didn't have Tourettes or the twinges/ face ticks. Would you still like him if he made those faces and said 'Easyman?'

I don't think that Pete is boring, but I agree that he doesn't deserve to win, there have been far more entertaining housemates this year who, in my opinion, deserve to win far more than Pete, I'd like Pete to come third behind Aisleyne and Glyn. :thumbs:

hallejah......weeks ago i wrote a post questioning why pete should win....i am more adamant about pete not winning than i was before......the fact that he's 'nice',pulls wacky faces,and wishing he could impregnate bumble bees did'nt/does'nt make him a clear favourite after 17 seconds of being in the house..........but whether we like it or not.........he will be in the last two or three............the sympathy vote,get's 'em every time!!!

and another thing has any one else noticed that pete is only happy when a girl is boosting his ego???(lisa,lea,nikki,aisleyne and now jennie).

some think ash should win down to entertainment value! u cant disagree with that. some think imogen should win, just because of her looks - thats pathetic, & we all know she isnt entertaining. the negatives out weigh the positives when it comes to pete. glyn is a more worthy winner than pete by far, entertainment wise! but the sympathy vote will win all the time. even richard is a more worthy winner through entertainment & sympathy vote)! grace should have won or even nikki imho because its characters like that that keep you watching...

If it wasn't for Richard i would have found this series very boring.

For me he is the only funny housemate in there, he's quick witted, and eventhough some of the comments he makes can be bitchy or even a bit nasty, i just cant help but laugh.

His Nominations have been great and he is the only person who doesn't moan & cry about it. He's honest and straight to the point, i thought his last nomination of Michael was top notch.
