More than mates

Have you ever been in a situation where you have a best friend that you would like to be more than just mates?

Have you had a friend who wanted to be more than friends with you?,
have you ever fancied or got together with your friends ex, or has a friend gone on to date your ex?

I had a friend who wanted more. I made it clear that I didn't, and one night we were out with a group and he had a few drinks, and tried to force the issue.. physically.. We were lagging behind the rest of the group, and walking down a side street.. I haven't been friends with him since that night... and oddly enough, I never told the others in the group.. none of them really know why we stopped being friends. I probably should have told them, but I was 17/18 at the time and you don't always make your best decisions at that age.
