It's all constant pop and R&B these days that are topping the charts right now, so do you actually like listening to the same old tracks week-in, week-out or do you have to go somewhere else to find music you like?

Don't really listen to much current music anymore, used to think it was stupid when people went on about how music these days is terrible but I have come to consider a lot of the chart topping stuff a bit sh*t last couple of years

No. No. No.

All it literally ****ing is, is this;

One Direction, Adverts, Adverts, Adverts, Nikki Minaj, Taylor Swift, Adverts, One Direction, One Direction, Usher, Geordie Shore/The Valleys, Owl City, Little Mix.

That is generally how the channel skipping goes every day. I can't stand them. Utterly hate them.

And even the Rock channels are sh*te too - and try too hard to either by totally Indie or Hipster by playing the most unheard of music of all time, or else channels like Scuzz will try and deafen people with 'hardcore metal' that's just uncalled for tbh.

Music Channels are scum.

I listen to the radio if I listen to music and as a rock/indie music fan I can put on either Radio 2/6 or XFM quite happily.

So many good bands - Razorlight, Green Day, Editors, The Killers, Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay, Franz Ferdinand, Scissor Sisters, Keane, James Blunt, U2, blink-182 >>>>>> Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Olly Murs, etc. :love:

The last real R&B song that topped the charts over here was Cee-Lo Green with Forget You in 2010... Please don't class Rihanna, Bruno Mars and other pop artists as R&B.

But no, there's a few alright songs in the charts but when I go through the music channels I only ever see Rihanna, One Direction, Minaj, etc. MTV Base usually have a few good countdowns though.

I watch them odd times but I play all the music I like myself anyway so they are pretty much near irrelevant to me really.
They don't though play much that I would listen to day in day out really.

Only Vintage TV, xD.

Sometimes the mainly nowadays music stations will have the odd classic.

Not at all, I especially hate Capital Radio which I'm stuck listening to every morning on the college bus - just awful songs repeated over and over.
