Don't drink.
Works like a charm.
A couple of parrots-ate-em-all, and plenty of water

Loads of water and tablets before bed. A pint of water and two tablets by the bed for when I open my eyes. Stodgy food and rest.
Or better still...no booze.

I like going to the beach with friends but most the time I put on a Disney film and feel sorry for myself for 10 hours.

Drinking water at the same time as the booze so that the body is not just getting **** in it and you still get drunk (well in my case). :)

The older I get the worse my hangovers are. I feel like death now after a couple and it takes me a week to recover. Oh for the days when hair of the dog was the best cure!!

Take some paracetamol with plenty of water before you go to bed. Unless of course you're too pissed to remember to do so.

Water and sleep.
I usually flush my system aided by coffee and eat bad stuff, drink water. But I unintentially mixed my drinks last night

Lie down on a bed with one foot on the ground
Motilium is a must, accompanied by eggs, tea and plenty of water and fresh air.. Oh and paracetamol for the pain.
I also take milk thistle pills before I go out, when I get in and 3 times the next day
Lie down on a bed with one foot on the ground
Seriously? That's how I have to lie if I feel sick

Yeah and travel sickness tablets. As soon as my dizziness stops my headache gets better and I stop wanting to throw up all over the planet.

I always take 2 ibuprofen and a glass of water before I go to sleep if I've been drinking... never have hangovers that way.

Give it a few years. :D
I was like that when i first started binge drinking around 17/18/19.
Once you get into your 20s you'll get them every time.

With Shaun on Ibuprofen and water. I try to drink as much water or more than what I've had to drink. Haven't had a true cotton-mouthed hangover in a long long time, maybe 10 years. You still feel bad, but are much more hydrated.
Going to do BBUK completely sober this summer, btw. Anyone with me? :joker:
