Only drink coffee and I would say 2 but it's probably closer to 1.5, put two spoonfuls in both about 2/3-3/4 full

I'm a smoker too, but I still wouldn't touch Splenda. It can make you mental

i think you might be thinking of aspartame, that's different from what's in splenda though.

No, it's different to aspartame (is that banned in the states now?) it's a poisonous chemical. Look up Splenda poisoning
