3 big dogs, she was really lucky, the vet said one of the puncture wounds was literally millimetres away from a major artery and she wouldn't have made it as far as his surgery if they hit that. She looks a bit like Frankenstein atm but the Vet is really happy with how well she recovered

Ingredients include:
- Yeast for turning the wort into beer.
- Hops from a hop vine, to flavour the beer.
- Starch – depending on how much percentage I want my beer, I have chosen to add the right amount of starch to make my beer 5% volume. This also adds added flavour.
- Water to add to the other ingredients, to make more available to drink.
- Lager yeast, as my beer is a lager, so this needs to be easily identified by a man by adding this ingredient.
- Whatever fruit is advertised on the beer (Apple, Pear, Strawberry or Lemon)

I believe this beer would sell in Germany because it is a British Beer – and we all know how Brits like our beer. I would like to start off with the typography – the logo is in big bold letters, which attracts men more than woman, and as men are more keen beer drinkers than women, we think this is a good idea. The second thing is the name of the beer. ‘Subeerior’ is a play on words to ‘Superior’ which implies that this beer is the more superior beer. Its design is plain, simple but effective as too much going on would confuse a buyer – all they want to know is price, alcohol percentage, and if it has a flavour – which one? All this needs to be delivered to the customer within the first few seconds of catching the eye, and I think this logo does that indeed. The different flavours also represent a choice, and with individual price set at £2.89 (3.40 Euro) each, they can get all 5 flavours for a reasonable £10 (11.75 Euro).

We hope this beer sells, and we’re pretty confident about it – as for its value it is nearly a whole pint, and that’s very rare when buying a bottle of beer. The logo on the bottle is also very ‘union jack’ representing our beer!

Ingredients include:
- Yeast for turning the wort into beer.
- Hops from a hop vine, to flavour the beer.
- Starch – depending on how much percentage I want my beer, I have chosen to add the right amount of starch to make my beer 5% volume. This also adds added flavour.
- Water to add to the other ingredients, to make more available to drink.
- Lager yeast, as my beer is a lager, so this needs to be easily identified by a man by adding this ingredient.
- Whatever fruit is advertised on the beer (Apple, Pear, Strawberry or Lemon)

I believe this beer would sell in Germany because it is a British Beer – and we all know how Brits like our beer. I would like to start off with the typography – the logo is in big bold letters, which attracts men more than woman, and as men are more keen beer drinkers than women, we think this is a good idea. The second thing is the name of the beer. ‘Subeerior’ is a play on words to ‘Superior’ which implies that this beer is the more superior beer. Its design is plain, simple but effective as too much going on would confuse a buyer – all they want to know is price, alcohol percentage, and if it has a flavour – which one? All this needs to be delivered to the customer within the first few seconds of catching the eye, and I think this logo does that indeed. The different flavours also represent a choice, and with individual price set at £2.89 (3.40 Euro) each, they can get all 5 flavours for a reasonable £10 (11.75 Euro).

We hope this beer sells, and we’re pretty confident about it – as for its value it is nearly a whole pint, and that’s very rare when buying a bottle of beer. The logo on the bottle is also very ‘union jack’ representing our beer!

Wertschätzung, in English meaning 'Esteem' will be promoted and advertised all over Germany using different styles which will include billboards, TV ads and so on. We will also be using German trucks and buildings to advertise it on to keep things traditional.
The brew itself will cost around €1.76, $2.33 and £1.50

Wertschätzung is not like any traditional German beers on show at the moment. We have created a beer to hit all the right senses in the body and to allow the punters to enjoy a refreshing change from normal beer. German beer tends to have an historical theme around it and we feel we've created something a bit more modern and fresh.

Brewed in the heart of the black forest (South Germany) we set out our task to create a distinct and unique beer style and taste. Germans are very conscious of distinct beer styles. When they order a beer, they rarely ask for it by its brand name. Rather they order beer by its style designation. Therefore we have given the beer an obvious and easy to remember nickname of "W". We have set about a unique style of promotion using the "W".

Punters in Germany will now have a brand new way of ordering their drinks. The "W" can simply be ordered at the bar by sticking up 3 fingers in a W shape, so wherever you are sat in the pub whether your at the table or sitting at the bar the barman or bargirl will automatically know what you want to order.

Wertschätzung in Germany would be described as a 'spezial' and is just what you expect it is: A beer that the brewery made as a seasonal special or one it considers especially good.

The ingredients:
- Water: This is the most abundant ingredient in the beer and our brew is made up of 90% water.
- Yeast: In order to make a great beer you can’t just use any old yeast that happens to fly by. The yeast we have used is classified as “Beer Yeast”
- Malt: Many styles and brewmasters will use wheat, oats, rye, or other grains but we have decided to use malted barley.
- Hops: During fermentation, not all of the sugars from the malt will be consumed – leaving the beer with a sweet smell and flavor. Hops, which adds a certain degree of bitterness, a spicy flavoring, and a distinctive aroma,
- Propylene glycol: It is a colorless, nearly odorless, clear, viscous liquid with a faintly sweet taste.
- Spices: A fundamental part of the drink which gives it that edge and zip that makes you go "Ahhhh"
- Rice: Gives it that fuller and rounder texture.

We decided to go with name that incorporated the words beer and cider as those were our products, and it sounds quite German, which considering where this task is set, is perfect as we want to embrace the German roots as that is who we are aiming at!

We felt that as were targetting both men and women that the designs for both bottles needed to represent the genders perfectly. We also felt that we needed to keep the design simple but enough to stand out from all the other products that are on the shelves in supermarkets, bars and clubs. Having worked in both hospitality and marketing I know how important it is to have your product stand out without over trying, and I think you will agree there is nothing out there like this.

We felt the pure black bottle for men with the strong blue writing captured the essence of masculinity, and the pink bottle with the jet black writing gave a huge ambience of femininity, class and elegance. We also tried to add a sense of sophistication by using the font we have with our logo/name/design.

Slogan:

"Für ihn, für sie. Das ist gut! Völlig erfrischend!"
For, him, for her. That is good! Totally refreshing!"
Again we felt simplicity was key here. We wanted something catchy but effective that embraced what our product was about; men and women.


Product pitch:

Why would our product sell well? Because sexism! Men don’t want fruity little drinks. They want macho beer because they’re men and they date women. And those ladies don’t want stuff that goes down hard; they want sweet ciders that go well with a night full of cooking, cleaning, and gossip. And who are we to deny them these desires? Bider comes in cases of twenty, with ten beers for the men and ten ciders for the lady. No more arguing over what kind of alcohol to buy! This new line of drinks allows you to get smashed while re-living the nineteenth century. And they taste pretty damn good, too!

If successful we would look at branching into other flavours and expanding.
