Bit wet in the board room IMO. She could have stitched Zee right up.
Joelle.

Not really I can't warm to her. She hasn't really done that much since the first task and spent the whole of this week moaning at Zee, and then didn't really defend herself in the boardroom. He was awful though tbf. :D

I think shes dreadful, her behaviour was disgusting....like a petulant spoilt child, also throwing around nasty baseless unfounded allegations as sexism will destroy her reputation and rightly so
she has less than no chance of sugar going into business with her, oh and shes a WAG out for the fame so clearly the alleged doctorate is going to waste too

Not exactly baseless, his whole demeanor throughout has been rather suspect. I thought she was assertive and direct, the two limp lettuces she got stuck with are very lucky they got away with losing the task without reproach.

I think she has shown that she will stand up for herself and I think she's pretty clever, if her investment idea is good, she could make it far.

in business you simply cannot behave in such a selfish disgusting negative way and the false allegation of sexism would also make any employer run a mile from her....sugar would never go into business with such a person, he did it once and she sued him for some made up reason which was laughed out of court.....leah is also a wag and clearly doesn't give a stuff about anyone.....people actually think that's how you get on it business...its not...you actually need to build good relations and you have to be sincere honest hard working and also willing to compromise.....leah has none of these qualities she will fail

But this is an entertainment show, and I feel that all of them on the show only care about themselves. If they were kind people they would be working for charities, but these are business people, they look for opportunities to exploit others for personal gain. Also I think greed is probably another trait they all share.
So for me I want to see characters I like last longest in the show, Jason & Lusia are examples of who I'm supporting. Both don't seem to have a clue about business and wouldn't even make it past the audition stage if this was a serious show.
Anyway I don't really think Sugar cares who he invests his £250K in, I'm sure like the Dragons, they make sure their money is well protected.
Also that Zee guy did act like a sexist, we only see a small amount of footage.

I really liked her at first but I'm not so sure, although I felt she was right about Zee all along, I felt that she was a bit too vocal about it, plus in fairness she didn't really do very well in the task either.
Kizzy
29-05-2013, 10:40 PM
She did allow herself to be brow beaten in the task, she is very vocal in the boardroom which I thought LS would see as a positive?
I hope she gets the chance to redeem herself.

She at least kept her cool. Can't say the same for Natalie, the borderline schizophrenic.
Benjamin

I did feel for Natalie, you could see her try and then just be ignored. I think she was treated a lot worse than what we were shown for her to have had that attack as she has been pretty much placid before now. Same for Leah.

youre second guessing that all footage we didn't see portrays zee as the devil and leah and Natalie and leah as poor sweet little angels? utter delusion.....he will do very well in business he already is, hes a likeable bloke, hes got energy enthusiasm and laughs at himself....leah and Natalie are horrors.....they take themselves phenomenally seriously and will throw anyone under the bus....despite the dreadful soap operas that tell us otherwise this type of nasty vicious underhand behaviour doesn't work in the real world

agreed zero contribution , playing to the cameras for sympathy they showing how nasty she is by playing the sexist card for no reason.
Benjamin

Hmm, I'm torn with Natalie. On one hand she seems very weak and not strong enough but on the other she has been the only one on the losing team five times in a row, even if it hasn't been of her own doing and that really isn't good for her morale especially when you have people like Zee on your case. Even Neil said last week that he could have taken the easy route by bringing Natalie and Uzma back but natalie worked very hard and did well, which wasn't really shown in the show.

The man did hardly anything wrong. The only intolerable person was leah.
sure hes young and was a bit too enthusiastic, some say cocky but I think that's exaggerated, he had humour , flair, originality and passion....He was far more honest about his opinions than many on there....he admitted he listened more to those whose opinions on subjects he respected and to those with more experience...the whole Natalie supposedly being ignored was exaggerated imho....she needed to stamp her authority during the task not after the event in the boardroom....but for me leah was the real bad one, I really thought she was disgusting and showed the type of mean selfish character I would never do business with in a million years

Zee was awful. He basically told the team he knew everything when he clearly didn't, and sent them out to get the wrong items. I can understand bringing Leah back because she was a cow to him and a negative impact on the task, but everything she said about him from the start was correct. But instead of bringing back Neil who bought the wrong item and lost money for the team or Kurt who wasted time for the team by getting his measurements wrong, Zee brings back in Natalie. Yes she hardly done anything but she was not the reason they failed, while Kurt and Neil were reasons why they lost.
I still like Leah, she came across arrogant last night but she is still one of the best there and she showed she is feisty and wont take any ****.

Right you are either just an annoying little troll or on crack. He did nothing wrong? Are you mugging me off? He was useless as a PM. The whole prov ado of 'I know Dubai like the back of my hand'. 'put your maps away guys' etc and yet he still fails to ensure his team won. Leah may have whined, but she still had a much better grasp at this task and had she done what she had wanted they would have gone to the right place (the mall) instead of the market where Zee sent them.
Zee then listened to Kurt's instructions for the flag and repeated them, didn't pick up on it. He also refused to listen to Leah, Alex and Neil when the told him oud was not a perfume. Honestly, Zee was a shambles of a PM. The fact that he then also ignored Natalie and any input she had, ignored Leahs suggestions and sold himself so highly with Dubai only to fall so badly, then to not bring the two who had messed up the task more (Neil and Kurt) to the boardroom, it really was the obvious choice to fire him.

where did he say that? he didn't
youre grossly exaggerating what he said, also he was voted in democratically
he also has vastly more experience there than the others, plus he has more business experience than leah......leah deliberately sabotaged the task which was a disgrace, she should have at least supported him during the task instead of endlessly slagging him to camera
as for your details you are wrong
zee did contribute to the wins he had in the first 3 or 4 weeks
he also contributed the most on this task as he got the most products and haggled the prices down by asking for the boss
he only lost by a small margin on account of the Leahs sub team only bringing in 1 product
as for leah she tells zee on their first phone call stop talking we haven't got time...pretty ignorant ....she then goes straight to camera and says Id have been a better team leader, petty pathetic
also if you want to look at mistakes well sub team leader leah was in the shop when they bought the wrong type of kandoura....her sub team only got 1 product and were well beaten by the other sub team
meanwhile the whole flag fiasco , watch it again, zee says 6 foot by 4 foot, kurt says 12cm is a foot, Natalie says YES....also the one bit where zee supposedly ignores Natalie is when she says shall we look up perfume shops , this is almost halfway through when oud is clearly not a perfume....so shes part of the mistakes too......meanwhile leah failed to find oudh and the opposition SUB TEAM did find it by process of elimination instead of moping about blaming it all on their team leader... leah just blamed it all on zee

a mistake Natalie clearly agreed with when he said it (look at it again)
he won several tasks in the first 3 weeks , she lost the lot, facts you've decided to ignore? why?
zee also has a £500,000 business he set up, what have you done lately? in what way does Natalie or leahs performance to date or business experience show her as a superior candidate?
Incidentally think you are brainwashed .....but you have no excuse to swear at me and call me retarded....that immediately loses you all credibility....youre not mature enough to retract these disgusting words and apologize so lets just call it a day and never communicate again

A few people are questioning her credentials to be a doctor at the age of 24. Many people think she must be only partly trained. If so then, she does not have the right to call herself a doctor.
Well I know for a fact that she studied medicine at a very reputable institution
GiRTh
06-06-2013, 01:21 PM
To be a doctor at 24, in this country, she must have just qualified. Like, this year. So to leave all that behind to go on a reality TV programme doesn't send out the right message IMO.

Yeah, regarding her credentials. She's can be a doctor at her age, although as said above she would have literally just have finished her degree.
Even then, she's not a registered doctor, she's basically 'the lowest of the low' doctor. It takes two years of working before you become accepted as a registered doctor.
Still, I find it questionable as to why she wants to go down the business route with that.
GiRTh
13-06-2013, 01:37 PM
I thought she was lucky not to be in the board room last night. It was her negativity that stopped them from getting the better products and her frankly rude comments . 'I don't have kids' and the clueless 'can we give a discount at the end of the day' which was met with an extremely blunt no.
She also didn't seem to mind being called 'eye candy'. Shes going from one of my faves to IMO one of the worst from a very bad bunch.

She is a bit of a cold fish though, her personality knocks people off.

Really. I don't think she made more impact than other team members. She was a bit curt at times IMO. I agree about her personality though, she's not the most affable.
The credit for the non-sale pretty much tells us that someone likes her. I've never seen that done before.
