The news comes as a poll revealed voters still think the Prime Minister was still rated as the party leader most likely to succeed in negotiating a better deal with 29 per cent backing him to win back powers.

He should be on the leaders debates,no doubt at all as to that for me.
However, I think David Cameron is likely fearing the leaders debates more this time round.
