I went with black ones. They hide the blood, luckily. My foot hurts so much though, I had to muffle my language and rage because one of my housemates is in bed.

Not as painful as my burning ring.

I'd love to have seen you flouncing around having a silent fit.

That was literally what I did. I kind of just collapsed on the bed and bit my pillow, writhing in agony.

I hate papercuts, especially when they are on the crease of your finger and every time you bend it you wince in pain.

I cut my toe on glass at the beach when I was younger, still have the scar, blood gushing everywhere, had to have stiches and my foot in a bandage I think.

Benjamin

Ow. I'm not sure I have ever injured my foot to that extent (touch wood it doesn't happen now).

In theory your plugs should be worse to step on because they have a smaller surface area so the pressure should be greater... I wouldnt want to personally find out however

Yeah, see NZ, Oz and USA plugs if you step on them just fall on their side most of the time if you step on them because the way they are designed, UK ones just sit and wait to savagely insert themselves into your foot.

Jake.

but US plus never stand upright because the cord is coming out the back, so they are on their side almost always. They do still hurt to step on on their side though.

Naturally but youre post suggested standing on it upright like in the pic :p

I always find it wierd using plugs like that when abroad, they feel really basic for some reason ha

My friend deliberately stands on the plug from her straighteners before she leaves the house. She knows then, if her foot is hurting she has unplugged them as she would always have a blind panic that she had left them plugged in and they would burn the house down. (she is a little crazy I think)

..yeah, a paper cut is horrible...you could be pouring with blood from an injury and it wouldn't hurt so much as that tiny little cut on your finger that no one gives you sympathy for because it looks like nothing..
