Light aircraft lands by parachute in Cheltenham garden

A light aircraft has crash-landed in the rear garden of a home in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

An emergency system onboard the aircraft is believed to have been deployed, releasing a parachute to lower the plane down. (see pic) (http://news.bbcimg.co.uk/media/images/68014000/jpg/_68014353_68014352.jpg)

The pilot is reported to have escaped with minor injuries.

Emergency crews were called to Langdale Road in Up Hatherley at 10:45 BST.

The plane looks ridiculous with that parachute. That's the most pathetic plane i've ever seen in my life.
