Cancelling an Xbox Live subscription

Anyone else find this literally impossible? It seems the option is always blocked by some sort of error.

So it looks like the best way to get around it is actually buying an Xbox Live code card.

Yeah it's stupidly difficult to end subscriptions by Credit Card, When I used to play on mine I used the prepaid cards for everything.

Always have to ring up and cancel and then they try to get me back with some cheaper form of membership and im like noooooo..bunch of dicks

I wish I'd have done the same now, it's funny how easy they make it to subscribe compared to how difficult it is to subscribe. Apparently you can cancel via phone, but that probably costs a ridiculous cost, and takes about an hour.

Yeah it takes forever to get through to someone. they should just have an option on their website, but of course that would cost them money :bored:
