Yes, it's time to get the Show back on. Avoid during the day and sneak in at night or early morning, whilst most are asleep, and the speeds of the site are more than fine. :D

I've seen some members use this phrase often....
It can be inflammatory when it's specifically directed it one member, when it's a general observation it's fine.
