I think it was the right decision.
Although in the real world if you are a manager of a project you cannot simply drop your role half way through it. I'm surprised Lord Sugar didn't bring that up tbh.
Jason stood no chance from the start of the show really. He seems like a lovely guy, but compared to the others he didn't stand much of a chance getting anywhere in this process.

Haven't seen it yet? Did he step cuz the project was failing or cuz Luisa was browbeating him? Either way he's a pussy. Death before dishonour, and all that.

Louisa is vile and irritating, but even though I like Jason it was the right decision for LAS to fire him because he gave into Louisa and should have stood his ground instead!
