Hmm. I doubt it's a greatest hits since she did Celebration in 2008/9. Maybe a remix of MDNA album? It's a bit soon to be a new studio album.

People have been saying it could be a new song, or to Gang Bang/Revolver. Some say it is a thought proving art piece about historic and social events. Celebrities such as Rihanna and Lady Gaga have been rumoured to be associated with this project.

what's the project though? some type of charity?

I know they imprison lots of gay activists in Russia is it for that? is it for the the people imprisoned in Cuba and China that want democracy for their countries?
