Visitor Messages Character Limit

Is there any way we can expand this from 1000 characters, me and claudia are having a serious in depth discussion and it's annoying having to post lots of messages cause of the character limits per message :suspect:

James the other day decided it would be a fantastic idea to decrease the amount of private messages we can store - SO, thanks to this idea - I've now became incapable of receiving messages, and I'll probably have to delete all my '09 conversations from Dennisabre, ILoveTRW and AhmedFan.

I'll cry.

I shouldn't even have to - it's all the Mods fault for flooding my inbox with infractions constantly. I feel spammed.
