Serious question.
Do you consider yourself to be 100% mentally sane or do you consider yourself to have certain mental illnesses?

Poll added, it is of course anonymous.

I wouldn't consider many people 100% mentally sane.

Its far too difficult to define what 100% Mentally Healthy is...

I have none of the illnesses in that poll.

Well apparently only a 1/4 of people suffer a mental illness in their lifetime.

I think if you dont have any of the above then your doing well.

I believe 40-50% suffer with a mental illness problem sometime in their life, although this stat may be just for the USA.

NHS reckons "one in four", not that I'd trust the NHS on anything.

True.
When you divide depression into major and minor, the latter is relatively common and often goes undiagnosed.

I was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder but as the nob that is me ripped up and ignored every letter that dropped through the letterbox that even looked like an NHS letter for years after.

Load of bollocks anyway concentrating on building the best life i can for my familys future is better than any quack chat or personality numbing drugs anyway.

I feel quite sane, not sure my family would agree at times though.

I had depression and self harmed for like 2 years, I don't mind being honest since i'm fine now, but i'd say i'm 100 percent mentally healthy.
