Ah well, he chose a dangerous sport where he got to torture animals to death, after they had been partially disabled of course, for the enjoyment of a crowd. He made his choice.

still takes place a lot in Spain

and personally I have no sympathy for people who put themselves in that situation especially considering all the mistreatment the bulls get

if a bull randomly killed a guy in a field of course I would feel worse for the guy, but he put himself in a situation that he was fighting a bull, no one can be mad that the bull actually won.
