Im not talking 18 obviously but maybe 13/14, I really think there should be, my cousin's 8 and he buys it all the time and it just sends him ridiculously OTT, if i'm ever with him, I take it off of him, but at work kids the same age buy it and you can't help but think that that's not what the drinks are for :conf2:

Yes I do actually.. My daughter is 9 and I would never ever let her have red bull.

She was asking me about it the other day and got told she could try it when she's 15!

After drinking Red Bull, my 9 year old cousin jumped off the garden shed saying he had wings and broke his nose. Stupid ****er is so idiotic.

But in general, under 12s should be careful.

My son feels really ill after drinking them so he doesn't get them anymore he only did to sass me, little bast (he's 16)
But yeah I hate 'energy' and 'sports' drinks, just full of sugar and caffeine. :yuk:

Yeah definitely, they're mental

This just reminded me of the time a woman working in Co-op refused to let me buy FHM because it was "pornography" even though I was 18 and it's not porn :laugh2: I wasn't that bothered but wtf

Not sure how you'd enforce it really, 13/14 year olds aren't really going to be carrying ID or anything like that

A few shops I've seen have had a minimum age of 14 for energy drinks sign up, but that's just an unofficial thing really

My sister couldn't buy an energy drink and she was 15 at the time

I thought it was a law? If not, it should be
