An absolute beast of an album that propelled Mariah back to the top after personal struggles, a flop film and two flop albums. It's amazing and I genuinely believe it's the best R&B album by a female with Justin Timberlake's FSLS being the best by a male. It's also one of my favourite albums of all time. Do you agree?

My personal favourites:

Btw If you vote no you have to say what you think it is, or else you won't be taken seriously :idc:

1) Yes
2) it's a good album/ok album but no

Mariah Carey?! Really?? Oh god.. I hate her even more than Beyonce and rihanna.. Omg, that voice! It's just hideous!

Her success is a prime example of " it's not what you know but who you know"

She has no soul in her voice whatsoever

She absolutely dominated the 90s and 2005 because she has one of the best voices in the world (well mainly in the 90s) and her songs are brilliant. You can't just write her off like that because you're not into that type of music :nono:

What type of music? Irritating, overplayed pop?

Yeah she does

She had a decent enough pop voice back then, before she started trying to fit her 8 octave range into one line. :bored: horrible screeching noise I'm afraud
