I love mushrooms, but i guess they are a fungi not a vegetable, so i'll go with...

Corn (especially corn on the cob). Potatoes are a close second(especially red potatoes).

very nice, runner beans are very nice but I think it has to be a potato for me as you can use it in so many ways to produce so many different dishes.

And I love mushrooms too could actually just eat a bowl of dry fried mushrooms as a meal but they aren't really a veg so.......

Corn is probably more of an American thing.. I know we have it here etc. but I think you guys eat it more than us.

My favourite is probably Swede or Carrots

Apparently they're not a veg, I remember posting that they were my fave veg before here and someone mentioned that they're a something else.

Anyway I guess for me broccoli is my fave at the moment :love:

I literally don't enjoy eating any vegetables if peppers don't count.

..ok, I've consulted with my vegetable team and we've decided that even though peppers are not technically a vegetable, we'll allow them just on this very one occasion...so in fairness GG, you can include them as well...

Probably spinach. The ones I eat on a regular basis are mushrooms(fungi), tomatoes(fruit), peppers(now according to this a fruit), asparagus, spinach, broccoli and avacado.
