The reason I could never watch BBUSA.

I've just came to the conclusion as to why I can't get into BBUSA.

As most of you know, I use to hate the American version of Big Brother - it wasn't until this year, I gave the first series of Big Brother Canada a shot, and adored it.

I love the format, the tasks, the editing - I just love it.

However the main aspect of BBUSA that I have found puts me off, is of course; this absolute mess:

She's a bland, dull, lifeless ******ing moron.

And it annoys me so much, because I would love to watch BBUSA but she puts me of it - I said to myself, 'If I can survive Dowling I can survive her.' but at least Brian wasn't boring to watch - we could actually take the piss out of him. This dullard just has no redeeming qualities.

The worst thing is the huge delay between HLs and action in the house, which means you either don't keep updated on the live action and enjoy watching the veto with suspense, or keep updated but know what will happen when you're finally able to see it on the HLs. Major flaw.

Other annoyances, like scripted DR, and us being told the obvious several times in the narration (a disease of American shows), I can put up with easier.

If not, that's a bit excessive. Watching online surely gives you the luxury of skipping what you don't like.

I did find the random editing of the US launch show quite humorous when I saw it on youtube from last year. How she randomly switches cameras mid sentence, sits down, stands up, walks forward, walks backward. Lol. I don't think she likes staying still. :laugh:

Hating Julie Chen is like hating Davina. Both iconic and legendary presenters of BB, who deserve to appreciated, not hated.

She is just brilliant - didn't seem a good fit at first but she just works, and she really has lightened up over the years. It would be nice for her to have a bit more freedom especially in the interviews - they're somewhat restricted by most of them going to jury or sequester.
