Why was my Gif animated when i added it but not now?I can only think that its because you chose the "upload signature picture" option rather than add it in the big white box above that using image tags.
If you find the .gif file you want to use online add it into the big white box under "edit signature" with the image tags around it.

i.e.

Put the web address of the .gif you want to use here between these tags(rather than uploaing it to tibb)

upload it on tinypic first then put the link in these tags I can only think that .gif files are disabled on the tibb server so you cant upload them properly there.
It should work as it is really but it looks like you must have to use an external link.
