A lawyer is suing Apple over his porn addiction.

Chris Sevier claims to have become addicted to x-rated sites after accidentally typing '******book' rather than "facebook' when using Safari.

He has now filed a complaint against the company at the Tennessee Supreme Court, blaming his addiction on the lack of a porn filter on the browser.

The 36-year-old also holds the technology firm accountable for the breakdown of his marriage, as he began to find the "younger, more beautiful girls featured in porn videos" more attractive "than his wife, who was no longer 21".

The filed paperwork reads: "The plaintiff is a victim of Apple's product that was sold to him without any warning of the damage the pornography causes.

"In using Safari, the plaintiff accidentally misspelled 'facebook.com' which lead him to '*******book.com' and a host of web sites that caused him to see pornographic images that appealed to his biological sensibilities as a male and lead to an unwanted addiction with adverse consequences."

He's either really cunning and trying to pull a fast one or completely deluded. Perhaps both.
