Both, im never satisfied with mine
and if other peoples are awful its a total turn off.
And its not just shape i can stand it when they are the wrong color to their skin and/or hair.

my own annoy me but other peoples I dont really notice, although one time a guy came into work with eyebrows like that ^

I really like my eyebrows, they've been complimented before. I think I only really notice if someone has noticeably terrible eyebrows, I wouldn't say they bother me that much though

I shape mine a little, but I don't notice other peoples at all.
Scousebrows look a bit daft though.

It makes me really sad when people shave them off and draw them back on. Its infuriatingly illogical.
