Grandmother was Welsh and a Welsh speaker! how has the Two Welsh speakers improved or made you feel? and how has it improved the profile of the Welsh Language?

Im glad i can speak 4 languages and welsh aint one of them.Its a very rough sounding language.it sounds like theres alot of spitting going on:tongue:

Imogen and Glyn's appearance on BB has probably raised awareness of the Welsh language, and more respect for the language too I reckon.

For what reason would people want to learn it?? Im fluent in English,Greek,Russian and chinese. I couldnt realy see my self learning welsh unless i wanted to move to wales.Im not saying i wouldnt learn it but i carnt see what i would gain.
