Ralph Wiggum for me. Just one line from him can have me laughing for the entire episode.
Ralph Wiggum: [to a wolf] Will you be my mommy?
Ralph Wiggum: [wolf carries him] You smell like dead bunnies!
:laugh2:

Voted for quite a few but the outstanding winner is clearly Ralph Wiggum. I choo choo choose you Ralph!
I practically wet myself in the cinema when I saw the Simpsons movie and Bart did that naked skateboard and it cut to Ralph going "I'm gay now!" omg :laugh2:

The Simpsons is such a phenomenon. It will be such a tragedy when they finally end it... but the beauty of it is that it could theoretically go on indefinitely. I vaguely remember talk of them ending it a while back, is that the case or is it still intending to carry on until further notice? I haven't watched recent seasons of it but it still has its moments of humour from whenever I've seen new episodes... I think it must have been from around Season 17-ish, the episode where Homer's talking to dragons while he's on a plane? So great :D
