Aaaargh surely I can't be the only one who feels bad for Pete and Nikki?! After watching last night's highlights I felt SO bad that they were being kept apart.

I mean even if they don't last they're amazing together and I really wish BB would just let them meet...:sad:

I know we're near the end and all that but I'd love to see them reunite during their time in the house...

Wannabe lovers Nikki and Pete were united again tonight - in a sonic sense anyway!


As Nikki joined Lea and Richard to pour out their feelings in the Diary Room, it wasn't long before Pete's ear was firmly glued to the door on the other side. And he couldn't contain his excitement.

The Brighton boy was first made aware of their presence by Glyn. The 18-year old was loitering outside the Diary Room, minding his own business, when he heard Nikki cry "I love you Pete!"

"Shout something back to her!" urged Glyn, as he summoned the stud muffin over. Pete was over in a shot, cementing his ear to the door to confirm the occupants.

"Love you Nik! Miaow!" he yelled.

The resulting screams from the ecstatic trio may well have cracked glass back in Glyn's village.

"Eesamanna!" hollered Pete, to more whoops of delight from behind the door.

Before the delirious communing could continue, Pete was told to move away by Big Brother, leaving Nikki, Dickie and Dolly to scoop their jaws up from the floor.

Pete headed straight to bed, where he could hardly suppress the huge grin that consumed his face.

Later on, the House Next Door family prized some red tiles from the wall to create a visual tribute to the beloved boy. Tragically, the plan was doomed from the start:

"We don't have enough tiles to spell Pete," realised Richard.

But lovestruck Nikki wasn't gonna let that stop her. "Let's make a heart," she gushed.

What can we say?! It's been emotional...

Why can't they just meet for FIVE minutes? I mean it's beginning to depress ME now...awww. How sweeet.

As IF I missed that; they'll show it on the highlights right?

:P Yeah, it'll be on tonights show. If only Pete broke the door and went into the Diary Room with them. I know, just one minute... Half a minute? Please Big Brother just a few minutes... Rawr. It's making me angeeery!

Emotional doesn't even describe how I was feeling! They're so sweet together, complete opposites which just makes it even more endearing I reckon. Awww I wish we could see them more together..:rolleyes:

Yeah, its like punishment for them. Stop writing all these emotional stories... *sniff* So the story I posted above will actually be shown in tomorrows show I think, but this story will be shown tonight for sure.

Just one thin strip of Diary Room separates Pete and Nikki from a blissful reunion... but it may as well be a chasm for all the good it's doing them.


They yearn for each other hopelessly in each waking moment. Nikki seems to be coping, but Pete isn't doing so well. Aisleyne tried to cheer him up this evening, but found it tough going.

"Why are you so upset?" she asked. "If you try to rationalise it in your head, it's not really that bad. It might just be 24 hours away. And if it's not, it's only seven days away."

"It's hard though, I miss them so much," Pete lamented. "Having them next door just rubs it in my face."

"I just heard Nikki in the Diary Room," Aisleyne revealed, causing Pete's ears to prick up.

"Did she sound happy?" he asked.

"Yeah, they will be itching to see you just as much as you are to see them," Aisleyne told him.

"Yeah," he replied unsurely.

But Aisleyne had some great advice, announcing: "Thinking makes people ill, don't think too much Pete."

"I don't want to be like this, but I can't help it," he responded. "I've got this horrible fear."

If only he knew how Nikki was longing for him Next Door...

"I want to go back in there and see Pete," she pleaded. "Just knowing he's on the other side of that door..."

If Imogen stays she'll chose Nikki because they are kinda like sisters and she wouldn't want to take Mikey or Grace with her because she's been feeling a little un-settled with them both, and she likes Lea but would most probably chose Nikki.

Richard would chose Nikki because he knows how much Pete has been pining for her, and he knows how desperate Nikki is too be with him, and he knows that he'll be back with Lea in a matter of days anyway. He is a 'very wise' person after all, and because he's such good friends with Pete I know he'll chose Nikki, because he likes Nikki and Pete and he kept saying to Nikki how much Petey misses her.

I just think it's unfair how they can't be together even for a short amount of time...:sad:

Pete had weeks to tell Nikki how he really felt but instead he just bottled it up and kept going on about how he never fancied anyone, looking at it now though he regrets it big time.

Yeah i agree Mike.Besides Pete is not really thought about this.Nikki is a fake *****.Dont trust her at all.I want Pete to be a happy guy , and i hope nikki does not ruin that.:bored: not :sad:

It's depressing right now to see them apart though.

But then we've only got a week. It was just sad IMO to see them on both sides of the wall etc. cheesy in a way I know but I thought it was sweet..:rolleyes:

i dont think Pete realised how much he liked Nikki untill she left.

Nikki's enthusiasm for Pete got anything to do with her wanting to go back into the house and win the prize. Yes I know I am a cynic, but she has the advantage of seeing things from the outside.

As for Pete - dont think he really knows what he wants. After all he has been keen on most of the girls in that house.
