View Full Version : Is Charlotte the most obvious BB/CBB winner since Josie?

It is obvious she is gonna win. Massive campaign on Twitter,VTS, crowd reaction ect.

Obvious she will win like Josie, which was pretty obvious all the way through BB11

She's crude and common. They would never let anyone like that win on civilian BB..........

And Rylan interrupting Sam when he was talking about Mario being popular with the younger viewers and in wades Rylan saying "so is Charlotte" followed by a huge round of applause.

It's depressing.

Not that sure she will win, she will ned to tone things down I would think to pull in the main votes needed to win by the majority of those who vote.

She certainly would not be my choice of winner, that's for sure but she will go to the final day I feel sure of that.

I'm puzzled as to how she was cheered into the house yet in the last series Hazel was roundly booed and condemned for....well not much but a girl who admits to the most vile behaviour is cheered. Again I'm starting to think bb and CBB on C5 is not for me if these are the heroes and villains of the show.

Surely to win she's gonna have to go on a huge journey and change her behaviour but I doubt thats the narrative for the series.

She won't win, she'll trip herself up very soon

She is even more 'out to shock' than Sallie who ended up first out the door

If people voted Sam because he is a nice guy then Dustin is your man in CBB

Dustin is what you call a genuine nice dude, you can see it straight away.

He cares about others and is not afraid to laugh at himself - something even Sam never did

If there is any justice in the world it will be DUSTIN to win

But it will probably be Louis because he is more familiar to the public

Well it is a ridiculous claim... Saved by the Bell was massive, globally. Coronation street us watched by what? Less than a fifth of the UK population and no one outside the UK would know them even vaguely. How are they even remotely the most famous? In fact, even that Loose Woman is more of a household name than them :/.

Irony? Anyone? No?

Half of this thread is slinging foul mouthed insults at her for being foul mouthed. It's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen.

And at least this girl just has a bit of general vulgarity, it's not been directed at anyone. Oh no. Not like the outstandingly moral and classy internet commentators, who clearly aren't being vulgar at all whilst spraying their muck around.

People are willing to condemn this girl for upsetting their sensibilities without giving her a real chance - and yet will fall down and lick the boots of the likes of Dexter and Gina? Really?? And you ask what's wrong with the world today?

I guess because with Geordie Shore being a reality(ish) show, it's fans are hardcore, loyal and highly likely to watch big brother, are likely to vote for her, and are just straight up likely to vote... Similar to why Rylan won. He was a decent HM but the main thing he had going for him, was that he already had a "reality fan base" from x factor. Frankie cocozza did well for the same reason.

If Charlotte is anything like she is in Geordie Shore (and I suspect she'll be a toned down version, if anything) then she may be vulgar but she's also fun and has absolutely no malice in her. I think she'll gather more "non Geordie shore" fans as she goes.

Not sure if she'll win though, because other than Rylan, CBB winners tend to be dusty old British TV relics. If it's VTS all the way she'll make the final, though.

when someone is in a show like BB of course she is going to be judged, everyone of them are, they are in a goldfish bowl and if some people see her as rude and vulgar or course people are going to comment about that, this is what a forum is about, discussions on how you see a housemate. Most 22 year olds young 'ladies' don't act like Charlotte thankfully.

I think you will find many 22 year olds do in fact act like this! Sure there are those who do not but there are many that do!

I don't really see what is unfair about thinking she is rude and vulgar? Thats how I see her. I personally see it as a sad sign of the times but then I'm old and a bit prudish so what do I know. Do you know though Evenstar, I do know a lot of 22 year olds as I have a son round that age and I can honestly say I have never known anyone like Charlotte who has such a vile and vulgar mouth. I'm 28, not particularly old, but would be interested to know what's "not OK" about it? If you can tell me who she is hurting or personally insulting with "her behaviour", and justify it with an example? Or is it, in fact, that you just don't like how she speaks and acts... and have somehow decided that you, personally, are important enough for that to make her behaviour "not OK". I have literally no idea why you would think that anyone in this world should try to live up to the expectations of others, if they're happy as they are. And as I said; not hurting anyone. I am male and 21 Tozzie, although I have to admit I find her funny a lot of the time to observe,I would not in any way want to be in her company.

None, absolutely none, of my female friends talk as she does, an odd 'toilet humour' comment at times but not the way she goes on.
I would feel rather dismayed to believe that all or even just most 22 year olds talked as she does and goes on as she does.

I don't think to disapprove of such continuous behaviour is being prudish at all, there are balances to keep and near all decency,no matter whose company she is in, doesn't have to be thrown out of the window as it is with Charlotte.

pardon me for having a view opposite to yours. This is a discussion site TS and we discuss our likes and dislikes of people. Of course I'm not important, that was a ridiculous statement to make, I'm was merely making a comment that I find her mouth vulgar. Its not about living up to the expectations of others but put yourself in a show such as BB and you are going to get both positive and negative comments. I'm sure she won't be bothered what I or anyone else thinks of her and I must admit I'm not really quite so sure why you got so upset with my post because I feel my view has upset you a bit, if that is so I am sorry but my initial view of her is that I am not struck on the girl.

Louie - 9/4
Charlotte - 11/4
Carol - 11/2
Dustin - 12/1
Abz - 16/1
Courtney - 16/1
Vicky - 16/1
Mario - 16/1
Lauren - 20/1
Ron - 28/1
Bruce - 28/1
Sophie - 40/1
Danielle - 80/1

Vicky & Bruce have fallen quite a bit. Courtney is on the Increase. Louie is sole Favourite. Danielle with similar odds that Hazel had to win in the lead up to her eviction...

Is she harmless?? When young girls emulate her, go out get slaughtered end up with ruined livers, date raped, s***ting themselves in public... Is that harmless to put forward frankly debauched behavior as perfectly A-OK!!

I couldn't care less what she or anyone does with their time but its the fact that others will copy her, with the power of the media behind her fame she needs to take responsibility for her actions. Just as people rightfully berate footballers for behaving like cavemen cause young boys look up to them.

And honestly if you think shes this super happy sorted girl your deluded, mark my words 10 years down the line when shes suffering from liver problems, riddled with STDs, media drop her like a hot s**t and move on to the next idiot they can exploit she wont be so 'happy' then. Shes young and allowed, encouraged even to behave badly, of course shes happy at the moment I would have been as well at 22.

I feel sorry for her cause one day she'll sorely regret that this is why she became famous... for being gross basically
