LemonJam's Smoothie
A handful of fruit of your choice (banana's are a great choice)
A small tub of yoghurt (flavoured or natural, up to you)
A tablespoon of sugar (optional)
A gram of ecstasy
A glass of milk
Blend firmly for 2 minutes and voila, at least two fantastic smoothies. Enjoy.

I'm thinking of doing a juice detox too, has anyone heard of grated cauliflower as a substitute for rice?
My friend who eats a paleo diet mentioned it the other day.

Hm no but I might try it. So many people would give healthy eating a go if it wasn't so darn expensive! Annoying.
