Such a boring premiere, nobody stands out whatsoever

Hard to expect much with the modern budget version of this show. The cast is the usual set of photogenic middle America stereotypes: clowns, blondes, sports wives etc. The leg design saved the first seven teams just by sticking them on a much earlier plane. Of course the days when teams could search for the quickest flight have long gone. The road blocks (no detour) were repeats from previous races, but not as tough. Repeating the double express pass twist, so a team gets one without even earning it. Just a 40 minute premiere.

Second episode was better, happier with the elimination as well. Tasks better, the transport choices were less spoonfed, closer elimination.

Yeh I struggled remembering them even though they were recent.

Dave/Connor are largely memorable as Dave got injured. Maybe if he got injured again just in time for All Stars they might provide some drama, otherwise I'm likely to find them bland again.

Yeh but that didn't really mean much in the race apart from the confessionals were they kept speaking about it. And we've heard all about that once. I found them pretty bland.

They are the team who are in kinda in a alliance with the doctors travis and nicole. Plus they hate the arghanimals so thats always a bonus. They seem like a nice couple and seem like a strong team.

Their edit is very under the rader so they mostly will mostly win.

If they are rumored to return for the next all star season, it was also said no winners will be part of the next all stars season so that means they lose

so if the final 3 are (apparent final 3)

Jason and Amy, Tim and Marie and Nicole and Travis, that means its between Jason/Amy and Nicole/Travis to win the season

I'm not fond on the tramps or the afghanimals... the power couple this season are quite dislikeable, although I did like them in the first two legs. Jason and Amy ftw please.

Pretty much all this, I cant warm to the doctors either, they are just so serious and if they dont come first they bitch and moan about it

Marie is needed for this season because she is amusing to watch

And I agree the winners will probably be Jason and Amy; nice people but not interesting. I think the fact when Jason said on the mat in last weeks episode he and Amy were going to beat Tim and Marie was a clue to them eventually in the end beating them, just like the Youtubers in last season who kept moaning that everyone was helping the boring icehockey players and they will end up beating them all... and look what happened.

I disagree that all winners are boring however, Chip and Kim, Dan and Jordan, Jen and Keasha and Ernie and Cindy (more so Cindy) were not your typical winners and had some moments.

Wow Nicole and Travis..... never really liked them anyway but tonights episode was terrible for them.

No surprise who went they were pretty much useless. The final 4 is actually filled with alot of strong teams so will make it interesting to see who wins. After what Amy did in the episode I still hope it is her and Jason who end up winning.

Tim and Marie and the Afghanimals are the only teams I'll probably remember from this season.

The last leg was very processional, the plane drop was ok but the ice task didn't really slow anyone up and seemed more for the visuals. The memory task being for both team members made it easier than it would have been in the past with only one normally allowed to do it. But the main thing in this season was the whole silly alliance thing making a joke of the 'race'. With the race being made increasingly easy the producers focus on overhyped alliances/rivalries between teams to create drama. It enables weak teams like the doctors to get to the final and make it more boring than it might have been.

Just finished this...

Thank god for the result. Would have been quite awful to see Tim and Marie win so anyone other would do and now it was Jason and Amy. Season wasn´t as good as the two before, but still watchable.

Liked Brandon & Adam (the bearded guys), Ally & Ashley (NHL Ice Crew girls), Nicky & Kim (Baseball Wives) and was fine with Jason and Amy.

Was mixed about the Afghanimals and the Doctors from time to time and didn´t really like Tim and Marie.
