The "accent" is called Jafaken and it's a combo of Jamaican and East London. It's totally fake, put on and only spoken by idiots who think it's cool to speak in that ridiculous way. It annoys me to death and I hate hearing it. Like me putting on a French accent because I think it sounds cool. Just plain silly. Hopefully he'll grow out of his affliction and speak normally again.
