They've spent years trying to prevent coastal erosion on the east coast and then this happens :eek:

I'd never want a house so near an ocean cliff, you hear about cliff erosion a lot, you pay a mortgage for years for your house to end up in the sea! I'm suprised people can get mortgages on these houses
