He was hailed as a prodigy, years beyond his youth. Only about 12.

Keith Allen spends some quality time with former child prodigy James Harries and his family. At first sight, they may seem to be a houseful of geniuses, but although every single member has a PhD in Metaphysics, we soon discover that some were purchased from a fake university in the USA, while the others were awarded to them by themselves. As the documentary proceeds, it eerily becomes apparent that this is a family that believes its own mythology. They regard themselves as morally, intellectually, and financially superior to the rest of society, even though the clan (housed in a mock mock-Tudor cottage in the middle of a Cardiff council estate) includes a convicted arsonist, an astral projectionist, a former Bunny Girl, a part-time private detective and a sex-change daughter (James is now Lauren), all of whom seem to live their lives in a parallel universe

Yes, I saw it all when it was on TV. I like genius. My favourite genius is Richard Feynman.

Yes he was about 10 at the time of the Wogan interview. Wogan treated him with the red carpet treatment. He was a phenomenon like Uri Geller. But what about buying their degrees and giving their siblings degrees?
Keith Alee didn't pull his punches. He saw them as phoneys.

Are you trying to reveal the real person behind Lauren, are you making out she is not really female at heart.Maybe not, nut why else are you drawing attention to when she was a boy.I'm sure you'll find Lauren has a female brain and we really should just receive sympathy for the accident that happens at our conception to create a wrong body around us, go and read up on these things to see what I say is true.

I really don't think he thought this viewpoint through to be honest. When his hero is wanting to have a sex change.

I thought she was ageing quite a lot for 35 with the huge bags under her eyes, but it looks like she's had them since she was a child.

Teenage freak is a horrible term, I really do have complete sympathy for Laurens struggles in her life, however I have to say I don't think this environment and 'showbusiness' is the right thing for her at all.

I don't feel there's any need for the rudeness, Lauren is transgendered and is as Nadia was female.
Lauren doesn't 'repulse' me at all I would say there are reasons why that environment is just not healthy for Lauren, and yes I would like to see her voted out but not for any negative reasons.

What you think about Laurens appearance is irrelevant, and I have to say very shallow.

If you think I have an issue with sex changes, you're sorely mistaken. That alone does not define anybody. Lauren/James comes from a highly manipulative family, desperate for publicity. Bradley Manning's family could no be further removed.

That's BS and you know it. Men aren't born with ovaries. They will NEVER NEVER conceive children.

She is neither a thing or an occurrence. She's a human being.
