The story in the paper about Ash being an extra in a film actually could do more to vindicate her from accusations of ‘fakeness’ than damn her.

Anyone who knows anything at all bout acting will know that actors are trained to be fully in contact with their feelings. Their emotions are often very close to the surface and tears bubble up at the smallest upset just as laughs do when they are happy.

That Ash has done some acting means that she is probably used to showing her emotions for people to see because that's what is normal for her and not because they are fake emotions.
