well I went on tha rules bit and it says this about the diary room:

Big Brother will never share any information given in the Diary Room with other housemates-does that mean on the highlights show aswell

this about contact with the outside world;

Big Brother may ask any housemate to leave the House if they behave inappropriately while in the House. Inappropriate behaviour would include, for example behaving in a way that could cause offence to either their fellow inhabitants or members of the viewing public, or violent or abusive behaviour or an attempt to intimidate any other housemate (physically or verbally).-bb should ov done this 2 grace a long time ago
