Personally,I too thought of Charlie as a user, without Dexter and Callum she would have had no storyline at all as to her time in the house anyway in my opinion.

Callum with his relationship with Sam already had relevance in the house, Dexter was certainly to be fair, one of the strongest housemates from the start of the series.

It is just a pity to me, that both Dexter and Callum felt they needed the nonsense with Charlie anyway.
Both would have likely been,I think, even better housemates without her connection.
