Don't eat more than you burn off. Don't eat if you're not hungry, even if it's meal time. Don't eat because you're bored, find something else to do. Cut the carbs right down, sugar, bread, potatoes, pasta, and be more physical.

Moderation is the key, just learn to control yourself and when you start to work out you feel more hesitant to eat bad.

If you want to lose weight the starting point is to cut your portions.

Carrying out a form of exercise burns off calories so you are able to take in more without gaining weight, but obviously you would avoid doing this and keep the calories burnt off.

I read a lot that cutting carbs work best, and Id love to do it to facilitate losing weight but bread, potatoes and pasta are staple food for me, its impossible

The crunchy nut diet. Eat whatever snacks you want but just replace two meals a day with crunchy nut

weight watchers works the best for me when im actually dieting. It works as u can eat whatever u want so long as you count the points. But when u stop doing ww u put it back on. if u r looking to lose quickly though this is the one.

Slimming world is best for me. I love food and this allows you to eat loads and still lose.
