So what I gather Celebrity Spa is pretty much celebs working shifts with BB style cameras following their every move in the staff room and behind the mirrors in front of the chairs.
Kind of like Hells Kitchen which was shockingly similar to BB.
From promotional clips ive seen so far its pretty much Helen Flanagan throwing strops on her lunch break or something lol.
