Why on earth would they fix it? What on this planet do they benefit from fixing the result?

I don't think you realise that the votes are an indication of who the public want to win...whoever gets the most votes that's usually who the majority of the public want to win...what would they benefit from going with the minority and fixing it? So stupid.

I think that voting should be monitored by law anyway, even if it isn't fixed. Just as a safe guard.
Why would you want ofcom to get involved

Ofcom would look into it and tell them what to do right

The forums have never been a good representation of the voting public..apart from the time Aaron won but honestly that was only because of the cheap facebook voting
hate when people cry out at fix..BB would not be stupid enough to fix it as if they got caught they would be sued for millions and shut down

Stop, please stop.
It's not a fix.
Have you got proof either way to go with this authoritative post!????????? :elephant:...I still can't believe that Ben Duncan was evicted legitimately! :nono:
...and do you have the voting figures for the civilian bb finals to share with us??

Fixing the vote and risking destroying their entire company, costing millions of pounds and their own jobs, and ensuring that they would never work in the industry again... For absolutely no sensible reason and no financial gain... Seems entirely plausible. They probably just do it to annoy people on this forum. Amirite?

:joker: It's not a fix. I wasn't happy when Sam won but I didn't scream fix... why? Because it's not.
Why would you go a call ofcom ruined Big brother back in 2007, Lauren was my Favorite Housemate But I did not go saying It's a fix

Yes. They gain absolutely nothing from it. What financial gain - worth completely destroying a multi-million pound production company - is there in making Lauren Harries into a celebrity? Absolutely zero.

It's laughable that people still shout 'fix' every time a result doesn't go their way. :joker:

Oh and bookies had her 4th by the way. Bookies had
Abz - Charlotte - Carol - Lauren
It ended
Charlotte - Abz - Lauren - Carol.
...so, perfectly feasible based on "what was expected"

Lots of TV programs have been done for fixing. Deal Or NO Deal, Richard and Judy. You can't say it doesn't happen. Deal or No Deal had the results months before the show, and let people phone in anyway.

People have been saying it's fixed since Big Brother 1 yet nothing has ever come of their claims. I wonder why not?
Ofcom have had to investigate Big Brother numerous times over the years for multiple different things. If there was any hint of the results being fixed then they would have caught them out a long long time ago.

No that's not what a fix is lol.
That's just peoples estimations or guessing where a housemate will place.
FGS go and look up the word fix before making yourself look so silly.

Rather pathetic on here and DS, both forums make up a small minority/percentage of the fanbase.
The final attracted nearly 2.4million viewers.
Now let's assume it attracted 400,000 votes casted from around 65,000 fans (give or take), there is no way 500/600 users, at a stretch a thousand, on a forum will have a massive sway in who wins.
The reality is, a lot of people who vote on bb clearly aren't active on forums. The amount of times the internet polls are wrong...
