Just watched the last part where the subject was 'Loud and Proud.' A woman phoned in and said "I like Charlotte but I think Abz should have won." This did not go down well with Charlotte and Matthew Wright thought the caller was rude or abrasive to use his word. I was delighted, at this stage, that a member of the public told Charlotte what they thought - brilliant.
