If you're girlfriend/boyfriend was cloned would you have a relationship with both of them or just one of them? I will think of my answer shortly.

Well they would be the same..

It's like taping a programme you like and then taping it again on the +1 service. Pointless.

I would keep one of them locked in the cupboard and just let them out for the threesomes

So their memories and personalities are cloned, too? I think I would have to and I think my partner would want me to, as well... and we'd have to let the cloned version have a relationship with our children, too.

Otherwise, how is it morally any different to suddenly kicking someone who loves you out of your family and leaving them to a life of misery, alone?

Chances are, over the years, the two personalities would start to have different experiences and "split" into two distinct separate people... that's when you'd start to run into problems, I suppose, as you might end up liking one more than the other... OR, one might decide they don't like you any more. Or both of them! Or they might kick you out and start a weird, quasi-masturbatory homosexual relationship with themselves...

But yeah, basically, I don't think it would be morally "right" to just cut an exact copy off completely.

Did anyone ever see that Arnold Schwartzenegger film where he's cloned? And they team up to take out the bad guys in typical Arnie style, but then at the end, the "real" one goes back to the wife and kids and the clone - who spent most of the film moaning about how he was "just as real" and loved his family too - happily goes off into the sunset on his own!! WTF?? Not so interested in the wife and kids after all, eh!

You don't need to watch it now Mock, Nathan has ruined it.

Oh yes, without a doubt.
One could go and do his 12 hour shifts and the other could stay at home pampering me:hugesmile:

So both could actually work the 24 hours between them.....wadded:devil:
