It still freaks me out. The atmosphere is so creepy. They don't make horrors like this anymore.

Just watched Sinister.
First film in years that really scared the sh1t out of me.

Definitely give it a go.
I did watch it a night, in bed, with the lights off and my headphones on full blast.
I always watch horrors like this now in the hopes that the intensity will make them more frightening. But this is the first film that's worked for me in ages.
