If there is one five-year-old girl you definitely don't want to mess with, it's this one.

The daughter of a dog training expert, her dad provided her with her very own German Shepherd bodyguard to keep "bad guys" at bay.

You will see her dog engage the bad guy and as soon as the second one tries to reach for her ...he lets go of the first one to engage the second bad guy. He doesn't let either of the bad guys get to her. He doesn't let either one place a single finger on her.

There's a good boy.

Dogs can be very naturally protective of kids, my old dog used to growl and bark at anyone that wasn't family who used to come near my pram and cot.

I think it's a cool idea but knowing the world we live in if it was ever put into practice you could bet that the attacker would probably succeed in having the dog put down afterwards.

Its in America though, they lean a bit more towards the victim rather than an attacker over there.

I'd be more concerned about a 5 year old girl being able to control a big dog like that. I guess its really well trained but it wouldnt take much for the dog to drag the girl for miles.

If he responds to commands then it's probably well trained enough for her to be safe with him. If he was raised with her then he wouldn't likely hurt her.
