I've tried a couple times to get into watching BBUS, but I've failed to on every attempt. I suppose I'm just partial to the more "traditional" format of the show that countries like the UK and Australia follow.

I've always wondered if viewers get to hear BB talk in the US version? In most other versions of the show viewers get to hear BB talk to the contestants in the house over loud speaker, and you get to hear BB conversing with housemates (or "houseguests") in the diary room. If so, when announcements are made, does the Voice of God introduce itself as "This is Big Brother..."? I find that the authoritative tone that Big Brother takes adds to the show.

You never hear 'Big Brother' on the actual episodes, but on the live feeds you can hear somebody ask the houseguests to do certain things (come to the diary room, put your mic on, etc).

There's a big brother, basically it's what Braden said.

The Production company does talk to the HGs in the Diary Room but they you don't hear them talking to the hgs unless under rare circumstances.

Also Production does talk to them during challenges as well (if Julie isn't there.) again not shown on the show usually

If a hg is removed or quits usually it's documented on the show and Head Executive Producer Allison Grodener comes over the PA system to inform the hgs about the removal/walking and to pack the HGs bags
