Under 15 year olds go into Manchester
and with the WiFi can get Porn sites.
SkyNewsHD Reporter Lady
went to a local café and showed it did not
ask for her age for Adult Sites.

You hope...
And Karl, even though that gif gets funnier every time you use it my guess is there are more than religious housewives wondering how porn affects developing brains.

Nope, the only problem with porn is when kids aren't educated to understand that it isn't real life, isn't realistic and is basically a scripted movie. Though I don't know about anyone else but I was able to figure out that for myself, the plumber boning his customer within a minute of arriving at the house doesn't happen...often
As long as teenagers understand that it's basically just a fantasy film for them to blow their load over then I really don't see any problem, watching porn can actually help young people to be more open and intrigued about sex which in turn makes it safer because it isn't this taboo thing that can't be discussed. When that happens it causes more problems than it solves

why thank you kizzy, i do try

And what...
They can get it at home or in magazines or go to a friends house or anything.
Hate that people want to censor everything.
It was available without blocks when I was younger and I didn't turn into some sex-pest.

"when I was younger "
Yes but back then
you never got it on a HD Screen Live or Anal Live
This is about under aged kids for fecks sake

I'm only 20.
So, I still managed to find some HD stuff when I was 'under-age'.
If they're old enough to know what it is and purposely go looking for it, either their parents haven't done a very good job or they're old enough to see it. It's part of growing up really.

This is about under 15 year olds.
Parents give them the HD Mobile Screens
For Sure Millions of parents
do not understand the damage
Raw Porn can do.
Like Jack said if they are Educated - But only
a few schools are doing Porn in proper educational.

Yeah, but i'm sure I could watch HD under 15.
My school never did porn and it didn't harm me. I'm just saying, I think a lot of it is over-blown and if kids are raised properly then they're not gonna be damaged by that raw porn...

This is in Town Centers
in Starbucks and the like
check the link 1st post
"More than half of free wi-fi hotspots
in the UK allow unfiltered access to adult content, prompting calls for tighter restrictions.
Researchers went into 179 cafes,
restaurants, hotels, retailers and public spaces
in Birmingham, Manchester and London,
and attempted to log on to websites
that are legal, but have explicit content."

Where are these rank teenagers who bash one out in Starbucks? And why would they bother when most 3 year olds know their way round a parental lock at home?
Seriously. If any teenager today doesn't have the tech savvy to bypass an adult content filter in their own home, then they have bigger problems than porn. Such as the fact that they will never have a job in the modern world, by virtue of being technology-retarded.

Exactly - why enforce against something that isn't happening? Waste of time, effort and money.

Yes. I'm sure that's about the age most kids have a look at porn. I wouldn't have been stupid enough to do it in a starbucks though.
