why can I not do bloody Sigs!

The one I just put it in was bigger and animated and look how it came out, it happens everytime I change my sig, I don't know why I'm so rubbish at it :conf:

Quite a few members have said this to me, it's because once they save the sig the image url turns to [sigpic] not sure why..

What is the image url and I will try sort it?
