Are you a sustainable type of person and only fill up what is needed or do you just fill it up all the way like a rebel

I always fill it right up and Gav always fill it up just enough for how ever many cups he's making

Just whats needed - takes too long to boil a full kettle!

Its the opposite in my house, maybe I could go and live with Gav then we could enjoy lower electricity bills and you two could just have enormous bills.

No, I'd be completely broke if it weren't for Gav and his thrifty ways

:joker: it must be true about opposite attracting, honestly I could throw the kettle full to the top for two cups of tea at him some times.

..just enough for what I want each time..although sometimes in the morning when I go to make my coffee, I often don't put enough in and have to boil it twice because I'm probably half asleep..that could be why I need a new kettle..

I fill it up fully, because I end up making loads for myself :p

Just what we need. It's never to the top, takes forever to boil.

Although there are occasions when I don't put enough in and have to boil twice.

I do the very minimum, gives me an excuse not to bother if someone then asks me to make them a cuppa as well

I normally have to empty half out on a morning as hubby fills It ready for my coffee when I get up.

I hate having to wait for water I don't need to boil.

I used to fill it up quite a bit but ever since every time I go to visit my dad and he gives me a lecture about how irresponsible it is to waste electricity/gas whatever by filling it all the way, and then proceeds about life lesson on how we have to take responsibility for each action and thoroughly think about the outcome, I only fill as needed.

fill it right up because I always think if you have a little bit it'd be all scaley

Ahh yeah we have some small strainers for our kettle because we're in a hard water area.

Annoying when in the mornings you still feel like a zombie and others stare at you expecting you to be courteous by offering to make them cuppas aswell. Bitch fook off making my own, my own only. sod y'all. Seriously where I work if you don't offer people look at you like you're the devils spawn.
