Where did that catch on? I actually saw someone who called themselves (used a fake name) john 'ice cream eyes' Atkins. What the f&@£ is even ice cream eyes?

There's some right weird Facebook fads it's almost as bad as that one where people start off their status with 'the annoying moment when....'

Or worse still when people use their children as their Facebook profile pic. I don't know what anyone would think if they looked through my friends list.

Proud parents showing off ther kids..or grandkids.
Yeah I have a good few of them on my friends list.
My profile pic is a tree in my front gardn, just not personally into sharing family pictures.

Not come across any weird middle names yet, only married women that pop their maiden names in so they can be found easier by old friends.

I does surprise me what some folk post, mainly my sister, don't think she has grasped that all our friends can see it and we are not on private chat:joker:

Smudgie the best ones I have seen are when people post vague things so that people ask them what's going on.

'I can't believe what happened last night.....'

Either say it or don't friggin bother ffs

In fact I am going to coin a new phrase for these very events.

Facebook rage

When a person or persons on Facebook do something so baffling as to make ones face resemble a bulldog chewing a wasp.

People having their middle names on Facebook really gets on my nerves for no real reason. I just find it really pretentious - nobody calls you by your full name unless you're like, I don't know, "Carol-Anne" or "John Bruce" but everyone calls you "JB" or something... Really bloody annoying. Or when people use their middle name initials instead of the full thing like they're an author or something. Get a clue! Pricks.

 I know what you mean Zee and I agree but I was mainly on about the ones who use like apparent nicknames in inverted comma's in between their names lol.

That doesn't even register on my radar Simple Minds, I'm too busy frothing at the mouth because someone's got their two middle names on Facebook despite no one ever calling them that ever apart from maybe their mum if they've done something really bad and she's found out and is shouting at them

You make a valid point sir, I shall add pretentious middle names onto the list of Facebook faux pas! :spin:

Aah, I could easily agree on the middle name being pretentious.

But just imagine your name is John Smith, now imagine how many John Smiths will come up on search

John Perrigrine Fortesque Smith would narrow it down some.:joker:

Surprising how many people called Smith name their son John:hugesmile:

It's a good way of keeping your boss from nosying at your profile haha! A friend of mine was so worried about that she changed her middle name to 'fandabidozi' so she couldn't be 'googled'. :joker:

That doesn't really bother me, what bothers me is the fact that when I post something, no-one recognises it, but someone else posts it 5 minuites later and it get's over 10 likes.
