This includes a variety of fun Valentine's themed extras for Story Mode and GTA Online like the Gusenberg Sweeper machine gun, the new Albany Roosevelt ride and a host of new attire options like double breasted suits, flapper dresses, sexy undergarments, novelty t-shirts, hats, masks and more. These items are all available to purchase in GTA Online right now until the end of February - and once acquired they're yours to keep in your inventory for good.

NEW JOBS
This update also has 10 new Jobs across a variety of modes. Here are details on a few of our Valentine's-themed faves:


"Shotgun Wedding" (Team Deathmatch): The title says it all. Small-scale Deathmatch around the church in Paleto Bay that’s locked to shotguns. It’ll be a lot less bloody than divorce.

"Property Values" (Deathmatch): Forget about love, nothing’s going to break your heart like the price of real estate. Free for all Deathmatch on an unaffordable cul-de-sac near Mirror Park. Look out for the sniper on the grassy knoll.

"Creek" (Parachuting): Nothing says ‘I’m in love’ like throwing yourself out of a chopper with up to seven other idiots. A steep dive, almost skirting the side of the Raton Canyon, gliding into Cassidy Creek.

"Vinewood Tours" (Race): Who needs love when you’ve got booze in your belly and stars in your eyes? Lap race for cars and bikes taking in all the tourist sights of Vinewood and Rockford Hills.

"Motorboating" (Sea Race): A good motorboating is all anyone wants for Valentine’s Day. Take your love for a trip around buoys and over jumps to the North of Mount Gordo.

"Heart Breaker" (Bike Race): Make your feelings known by carving a love heart into the Grand Senora Desert. Hills and jumps in this mainly off-road lap race for bikes on a heart-shaped track.

To help celebrate, we'll be hosting a special Valentine's Massacre Social Club Event Weekend that will include special in-game RP bonuses, Crate Drops, a live stream broadcast on Friday afternoon and much more. Stay tuned for more details later today.

ADDITIONAL UPDATES TO GTA ONLINE
Today's automatic title update includes the triumphant return of the Rat Loader pickup truck to GTA Online. This vehicle and all its mods are available for free until the next title update, so anyone who might have lost one from their garage previously can now re-create it at no cost. Just grab it from the southernsanandreassuperautos.com in-game website and modify it at any Los Santos Customs location.

This title update also enables solo players in Races to earn GTA$, plus provides fixes for numerous issues, including incorrect time displays for some players in the Bad Sport pool, issues with the Cornrows haircut and situations where characters would become bald after using a mask. For a complete list of fixes in this update, please check out the article on our support site.

To get today's update, just power up your online-connected PS3 or Xbox 360 and load up GTAV, and you'll be prompted to download the automatic update (Xbox 360 players will also be required to download an additional compatibility pack). From there, head to the in-game store from the pause menu to access and download the Valentine’s Day Massacre Special.

The new update is really good. You have "mental health" now, so the more players you kill in free mode your blip becomes red which makes you a bigger target and people get more RP for killing you (I think bounties are skulls now instead of red). So freemode is much more fun with everyone after everyone.

The internet is abuzz with news of highly-anticipated 1.16 update for GTA Online as discerning GTA 5 tipster, DomisLive (aka Dom), has revealed the ultimate leaked gameplay information for Heist DLC.

Dom explains that he has created a mini-podcast video in partnership with fellow YouTubers iCrazyTeddy and TwoDynamic, which encompasses the gameplay elements of Heist DLC, Casino DLC as well as Zombie and Flight School DLC missions in one piece as part of their mini-series creation.

The three veteran tipsters have combined all the Heist DLC leaks heard to date, along with the leaked description for the DLC leading up to the upcoming 1.16 update for GTA 5.

Heist DLC Payout System and Gameplay Analysis

First of the lot is the leaked gameplay information about the Heist DLC payout, which is capped at $1.5m for the entire team participating in the mission. The payout reward will be split equally among the members of the team at the end of each mission.

In other words, if you have a team comprising four members, you will stand to earn $375,000-a-piece after dividing the payout among the team members.

In comparison to Rooftop Rumble, wherein you will earn about $100,000 after completing the mission, which spans around 30 minutes, the Heist DLC will actually fetch you 3.75 times more money.

The other key point is that you will stand a chance to earn more money on the first attempt of a robbery, as payouts will be reduced with every subsequent attempt of the same mission.

Player Roles and Team Analysis

The Heist DLC leaks about player roles so far suggests that they will include parachutist, sniper, hacker, hired gun, driver and a leader.

Discussing about the player roles, the tipsters also hint at the possibility of including NPCs or computer bots as part of the Heist team. This opens up an interesting selection and distribution scheme of roles among real players and NPCs.

Players will have to choose their roles carefully and take the roles which are key to their strategy or plan, and leave less important jobs to the NPCs.

Parachutist

The parachuter is the one who will be entrusted the job of breaching the windows or breaking the glass for a surprise attack on the designated bank or office building.

Sniper

The sniper could take up a vantage point on top of a remote building and provide cover fire while also taking out the guards.

Leader

The leader will be assigned the task of forming the team and formulating the attack and exit strategies for the mission.

Also, to be on the safer side, the boss must have a plan B in case the team bails out at the last moment to avoid capture or arrest.

Hacker

The hacker will be destined with the task of disabling security systems and alarms. In addition, he may have to hack the password to unlock the bank vault or decrypt a code for easier access to the vault.

Driver

The driver is assigned the task of driving his team to the designated location as well as taking them to a safe location after accomplishing the Heist mission.

His role is to avoid being shot by pursuing cops and evading their pursuit until a safe house is found or the cops are lost.

Hired Gun

Anybody good at spamming the trigger who has the eye of an eagle would be ideal for this job, as he is likely to wield the powerful Chain Gun to obliterate any police resistance during an escape.

Multiplayer Heist Missions

Players can also enjoy various grades of medals such as Gold, Bronze and Silver based on their kill statistics and other accomplishments during the multiplayer Heist missions.

Heist DLC Release Date

The highly-anticipated Heist DLC will probably be released on 12 August or 19 August, according to the tipsters and the leaked information obtained so far.

Really? I felt that free aim was very easy on PS3, and that was with a pad, on PC aiming would be even more effective than auto aim. I find it's best to not rely on aids in video games, grin and bare it and you'll be able to pull things off that you couldn't otherwise with aid. Driving games like Forza are the same, turn all the crap like Antilock brakes, traction control, automatic gearboxes etc. off and after a while you'll be so much better than other players. In game aids sh!t all over a players ability to improve.

the fifth heist (idk if you're there yet) was absolute hell, I don't recommend it to anyone, you lose half of the potential payout being shot by the police during the getaway :(

2nd part of that 'Ill Gotten Gains' update coming next week :spin2: happy it's so soon since the last one was a bit underwhelming.

ockstar has announced the second part of GTA Online's Ill-Gotten Gains update will be released on all platforms on July 8.

Following on from the first part, this update adds new clothes, vehicles and more along with the previously PC-exclusive 'The Lab' radio station. More details will be coming next week, though Rockstar also confirmed a second Ill-Gotten Gains Social Club Event Weekend will kick off on Friday July 10.
